Las Vegas North Premium Outlets is expanding its roster of retailers with a mix of newly opened stores and planned arrivals, including what would be Birkenstock’s first outlet location in Nevada — a sign of continued confidence in the Las Vegas retail market.
The Simon Property Group-owned shopping center at 875 S. Grand Central Pkwy. has welcomed several new tenants this year, including Tommy Bahama Outlet, BYLT, PINK and Gymboree, adding resort wear, casual apparel and children’s clothing to the property’s diverse mix. BYLT is opening its first-ever outlet store at the center.
Victoria’s Secret is scheduled to open later this month, while Reyn Spooner — known for resort-inspired shirts and apparel — is expected in June. Lucchese, the Western boot and leather goods maker, is slated for July. Both Reyn Spooner and Lucchese will be making their Nevada debuts at the outlet center.
Birkenstock and Foot Locker are expected to join the lineup in late 2026. If Birkenstock opens as planned, it would mark the German footwear brand’s first outlet store in the state, adding sandals, shoes and other footwear to the property’s growing mix.
“These additions reflect our ongoing commitment to curating a best-in-class shopping experience,” said area general manager Rajeev Chhabra. “We are excited to continue introducing brands that resonate with our shoppers while enhancing the overall retail offering.”
The 40-acre outdoor center opened in 2003 and now features more than 180 designer and name-brand stores. Simon says the property offers savings of up to 65% off retail prices every day. The outlet mall sits just north of the Strip near downtown Las Vegas, making it a popular stop for tourists seeking deals alongside local residents.
Simon also owns and operates Las Vegas South Premium Outlets at 7400 Las Vegas Blvd. South, which features more than 140 stores in an indoor, air-conditioned setting about eight miles from the North Outlets location. Nevada residents receive free parking with valid state ID at the North location, while other visitors pay $5.
The expansion reflects broader efforts by Las Vegas retail operators to diversify offerings and capitalize on the city’s growing tourism base, particularly with the 2026 FIFA World Cup expected to draw international visitors to the region. The outlet center’s proximity to downtown Las Vegas and the Strip makes it a convenient stop for tourists, while the expanding retail mix also serves the growing residential population in the Las Vegas Valley.
